Sony launches ultra-compact interchangeable lens camera concept Discussion

At a press conference this morning, Sony kicked off PMA 2010 by launching a new alpha ultra-compact interchangeable lens concept. They showed a trio of mock-up cameras and revealed very limited preliminary specs about the system and a new Exmor APS HD MOS sensor.

There goes Sony again with proprietary hardware. Batteries, memory, lenses and flashes that will work with nothing else. No thanks.

That said, if someone has a lot of money to blow, it could be useful.
