007-Branded Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T50 Digital Camera
Just in time for the latest James Bond film (Casino Royale), Sony has announced several "007" branded products, including a limited edition Cyber-shot DSC-T50. The film will be opening on November 17th, and the 007 products are expected to be available from Sony on November 10 (but you can pre-order now).

The collection will be available at www.sonystyle.com/casinoroyale and in Sony Style retail stores. In addition to the T50, the collection includes limited-edition 007-branded models of VAIO TX and UX series ultra-portable PCs, and Micro-Vault media storage devices.
The products will have the 007 logo and the VAIO PCs will come pre-loaded with exclusive Casino Royale content, such as wallpapers and screensavers. Each limited production 007 model is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
If you want the whole package, you can choose from two bundles. The first includes a VAIO VGN-UX007 Micro PC along with 007 Cyber-shot DSC-T50 and a 1GB Micro Vault for approximately $3,200. The second bundle includes the VAIO VGN-TX007 notebook with the Cyber-shot DSC-T50 and 1 GB MicroVault for approximately $3,900. The bundles come with an aluminum attaché carrying case and a James Bond welcome kit. If you don't want to drop the cash on a bundle, the 007 branded T50 ($600) and Micro Vault ($60) can be purchased separately.

Very interesting. I had not heard about these 007 branded products. $600 for a T50 is absurd though.

Yeah, Sony has a pretty good track record of pricey items.
