It looks like the Canon Elph 300 HS I just reviewed.

Yeah, it is shaped basically the same now that you point it out Andy. The S1 is styled a little bit more to appeal to a female audience I think. Based on my (very) brief time handling it, I thought it was a good-looking camera but nothing too different UI-wise or feature-wise for Pentax.
