Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H9 Review Discussion
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H9 digital camera is Sony’s flagship model in the "super-zoom" arena and does so with quite a list of features. Included are the 15x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, a new night shot (IR) mode, a 3-inch LCD, and the now ubiquitous face recognition feature, with image stabilization and 8 megapixels to boot.

This camera has so many negatives going for its not even funny.
IQ is not good at all from most pictures I have seen here and on dpreview.com
The H7 is a better choice, but not by much, if you want a Sony H-series camera the H5 and H2 are much better choices, possible the H-3.
Something I do not like about this camera is the giant LCD, it seems to make the camera look odd and the EVF doesnt appear to be very good either/Pentax K200D w/ Pentax DA 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL II
