Default Pentax Q Review: Think Small Discussion

Since the beginning of the digital imaging revolution, a whole generation of photographers has grown up using compact P&S digital cameras. Those shutterbugs have grown progressively more sophisticated over the intervening years, but they still want tiny, easy to use cameras that produce excellent images with very little effort on the part of the shooter.

Thanks Andy. Clearly the folks at Pentax invested some time and effort in making this tiny camera perform. Images are consistently better than expected and everywhere I took the "Q" during my tests - people wanted to play with it and handle it. If Pentax lowers the cost substantially (say $499.00 with the 8.5mm prime) and adds more lenses I think they may have a winner on their hands.
