Nikon D300 Review Discussion
The 12.3 megapixel Nikon D300 DSLR provides pro-body features - besting the from pro-level flagship D2X in many ways - at a price more in line with an upper-level prosumer camera. Featuring a 3-inch, 920K-pixel display with live view capability, a phenomenally powerful 51-point AF system, and Nikon's 3D Color Matrix II metering system, the D300 pushes the technological envelope for enthusiast cameras squarely into the realm of professional-level power.

Re: Nikon D300 Review
I'm still content with my D70! Very nice review. I like the color that is available off of this camera. The live view just still doesn't tickle my fancy. Can't wait to see the D3 review.

Re: Nikon D300 Review
I'm working on the D3 right now - there are a lot of similarities between the D3 and the D300, but the full-frame sensor of the
D3 very clearly sets it apart from every digital Nikon that's come before.

Re: Nikon D300 Review
This is a fantastic Review of the Nikon D300. I've owned the Nikon D300 for about 3 months now and have loved every minute of it. The price point is well in line with the features the D300 offers. You can see some of my Flickr Photos with my D300 here. I think in any situation, the Nikon D300 is great for the everyday shooter and the more advanced amateur photographer.

Re: Nikon D300 Review
This is a great review. Here's another D300 review that might be worth checking out...more of an individual user's perspective.
Cheers,Michael
