Housed under Canon's "Camera Museum" section of the corporate site, the tutorial walks viewers through the alarmingly laborious process that is mock-up construction. If you're really interested in rolling carving your own, Canon has provided enough detail to get things started, at the very least.

Our thoughts? Wire up the guts from a cheap point-and-shoot on the inside and this could be the DIY camera project of the year.
