Sony Announces 32GB Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX

In a July 13, 2009 press release, Sony announced its 32GB Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX. Sony states that the large capacity of the PRO-HG Duo HX "makes it the perfect choice for handling the very large files created when filming in High Definition video." Sony also indicates that, using the included USB adaptor, read speeds of 20 megabytes/second and write speeds of 15 megabytes/second are achievable. The availability date and price were not mentioned.
