Default Mirror motion of clone brush in PS

So I know what i want to do, but I don't know if I can, or how to tell Photoshop to do it. I want to have the clone brush target and source move as a mirror-image of each other, to do something like paint the numbers 8-9-10 over the numbers 4-3-2 on a clock face. Any thoughts?

You could always create a duplicate layer, mirror it and transform as necessary, set the clone source to the duplicate layer, and then work on the original. Based on the situation you've described, this should do it, right?
