Sony camera has Black Dot on lens
I have a Sony DSC-W310 and it has this black blob on photos. See photo 1.

It looks like you have dust on either the lens or on the camera's sensor. Have you tried cleaning the lens? If so and the dust is still present removing the dust may require removal of the lens, which would require a professional to do and wouldn't be worth the expense considering the cost of a new camera.

By no means, am I experienced enough, to make any type of determination, as to the 'speck' in the photograph. However, in my personal opinion, it appears to be a 'burn' spot.
