I have a Canon EOS rebel T1i and I've noticed when I download my card there is a black spot on my prints. it's in the exact same spot on the prints. What is this? It doesn't always do it but I 've seen it to much. What gives.

Do you see the same black spots when viewing these images on the camera's LCD? If not, then this may be a printer issue, not a camera issue.

It's possibly dust on the sensor. This can happen with DSLR's, though your camera's sensor-cleaning system should take care of most of these issues. If there is something on the sensor you can either have a professional clean it or learn how to clean it yourself. Some cleaning methods used are blowers, specialized brushes and swabs with cleaning solution. If you decide to do it yourself it's possible you could make the problem worse if it's done incorrectly.
