Sony got there ahead of Canon with their NEX series. I know the NEX is successful, but I'm still surprised to see Canon follow Sony's lead for any reason! Nikon must be relieved, not likely that many will shop this EOS-M against the Nikon 1 series. But this does leave Oly and Panny caught in a crossfire. Between Nikon 1 and the NEX / EOS-M camp. I rather prefer the Micro4/3 platform, so I hope that neither Oly nor Panny throws in the towel.

I'm taking the legacy lens game with a grain of salt. As all of those lenses are full frame designs. So long as a lens of that size is used, may as well be on a Rebel. But many people do consider the legacy lenses a key consideration. I know I am odd man out on that score.
