So Saturday night I went to go take some Downtown Miami Skyline at Night pictures and they turned out alright but was wondering what could I do to make them better!

    Here are a few samples:

Yeah, I noticed the lean as well, I must have not noticed my camera was not balanced on the tripod.

Overall though, are the images over exposed, under exposed, unsharpened, over sharpened, etc...

    Thanks :)

I think they are both great.

The images are correctly exposed, and both really good! It would be nice if the horizon were not right in the middle though.

I was thinking of set my sharpness to hard and AF to multi next time.

    But thanks!

Straighten the image using Photoshop along with a bit of cropping and you'll have a great looking pair of images.

When #2 is corrected, it looks like this:

I just came across this thread and thought I would share my Miami Skyline shots which happened to be the same shoots you took :D.

I also included a really wide cropped one that is a bit over exposed.

Camera is a Canon 40D, Lens is a Canon 10-22mm Wide

I really like the balance in number 2.
