Hey there. I read a bazilion reviews on the fujifilm F200, and they all say the pictures are awesome. I'd vehemently disagree , it seems that the noise is super high... when set to EXR setting it seems the camera ups the ISO unnesscessarly high for some reason ALL the time.

Am I doing something supremely wrong? My Sony W150 camera seems to take the same, if not better pictures, at a little less than half the cost!

I just want to know if there is some kind of setting that reduces the ISO that the EXR mode automatically sets.

On Fui cameras, pressing the F button should bring up a menu that enables you to set the ISO to the level you want.

Try changing the EXR mode priority, this will be in the menu (I think), try changing it to resolution priority, this should get the ISO down to a more normal setting. You will find a couple of other EXR settings there you could try.

Yeap, On EXR the thing always chooses ISO800 even if 200 would do. I hope they fix this.

Try setting your camera while in EXR mode to HR priority, this should bring down the ISO.

Thanks, I'll try that. will HR Priority always output in 12M? So it's not using it's pixel binning feature (EXR)?

Also I found out if you have IS off, it will reduce ISO on everything.
