Fuji FinePix S700 problem

    hey all
    i just joined this forum!! i have a Fuji FinePix S700 and absolutely love it!
    I am having a problem.... everytime i import my photos to iPhoto (Mac)
    there is a video left on the xD card...now there are 4 and 1 pic that WILL NOT download to my computer...:mad: does anyone have a cool trick to get these vids onto my computer?? they are on the large side, but most times these download no problem, it is just these few vids...

    You might want to update your photo-management software.

    as in iPhoto? or on the camera itself??

    I don't know anything about how the Mac handles photo transfers but Fuji's own software may be required to make sure all photos and videos are transferred to your PC.

    hmmm, i've never even loaded the software that came with the camera...i just plugged it in and the computer just opened iPhoto. maybe i will try loading the original software and see if there is some option??

    Hi! I 've had a Fuji FinePix S700 for several years and all of a sudden everything is black when I try to take a picture...as if the lens cap is on, but it's not! Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

    If you click the shutter is a picture taken that you can view on your computer? If yes, the problem is with your LCD. If no the problem is your sensor. Either way it appears to be a significant problem.
