Camera and Lexar 8GB HCSD are both new. I'm unable to use more than 4 GB on the memory stick when recording video. Recording counts down 40 minutes. Tried external formating using FAT32, NTSF and exFAT. Although the card appears to have 8 GB, the camera doesn't recognize it. Been googling with no luck. E-Mailed Fuji and Lexmar and received no response.

Checked, and memory stick can hold 8GB.
    Camera doesn't see it.

    Please help

The Fuji website states that "Movie recording will stop automatically when the movie file size becomes approx. 2GB."

    Perhaps that's what you're noticing.

They responded and instructed me to change the frame setting to renew and reformat. Did that and didn't help.
There site appears to be down now.

Thanks for the quick response though,
    Alex

When it was full at 4GB, I checked the memory stick while in the camera via usb and noticed that the properties of the card was DSF. If I check it out of the camera the properties of the card indicates FAT32. If I try to format NTSF, the camera says the card needs to be initialized, and if I format to exFAT it just doesn't work. The camera still sees 4 GB no matter what I do. Any other suggestions. I don't know much about cameras. Thanks in advance'
