How do you restore an old photograph?

    Did you know the answer of this question..If yes then share to me as I don't know about it.. Photography is very far from me, even the use of camera. So please help me out.

    The first thing you need to do is digitize it - run it through a scanner. Then there are various computer programs you can use to restore the photo. Probably the best thing to do is take it to a reputable camera/photo store.

    There is a LOT of image editing technique that goes into this. So it's much simpler to just turn the old prints over to a professional photographer. Unless you wanted to become a Photoshop Zen Master.

    As answered here you can either scan it or take a picture of it, then when you have a file you can either fix it on your own or let someone else do it for you.
    If you do it your self, you need to magnify it, and work slowly to blur the lines you wish to hide.
