    Hi Forum,

hope you can help with the cluster of problems one of my videographer clients reported. He is working with Panasonic TM700K. He shot quite a bit of footage, using the 32 GB inbuilt memory and 32 GB inserted card.

The inserted card is eFilm Pro SDHC class 6.

He now needs to save the footage onto the hard drive.

    The problems:

    1) the inserted card cannot be read by camera, card reader or computer, but the file info shows that there's 33 GB of footage in the 32 GB card!

    2) the in-built memory appears to show only 17 GB of the 32 GB of footage recorded to it.

    3) some of the footage from the external card was captured to the hard drive, but one of the files is missing the video track (has only audio).

    Questions:

    1) what can be the reasons for such strange behavior?

    2) How can he access the footage he shot onto those two types of memory?

I would be grateful for your help.

    Best regards,

    Dimitri Vorontzov
