I need a new camera, my options are:

    Canon S5 IS
    Panasonic Fz8
    Panasonic FZ50

What camera do you think take the lead to the others.

Sorry, my english it´s poor, i´m from El Salvador Central America.

Based on having used the FZ30 for a year, I'd go with the FZ50 if you can. What I love about the FZ30 is the available manual controls: the zoom is a ring, no messing with a little switch that can only go in stops, same with manual focus. I've not used the Canon, but the FZ is also fast, both in start-up time, and in shutter response. I've never noticed any sort of lag issues.

I have found that if i think about the FZ30(in my case, but the same probably applies to the 50) as a really great 5mp camera, the noise is not an issue, and it takes fantastic pictures!
