Hi, I need a red eye reduction/removing camera. I'm using it only for pictures of my family. I would like it to be at least 8 MP and have 4X zoom. My budget is $200 I know this is asking a lot thank you for helping.

The best way to avoid the red-eye problem is to not use the flash. There are point and shoot cameras or under $200 that are considered "high sensitivity" because of their ability to take no-flash pictures in low light. This is possible because their sensor is a back-illuminated CMOS, which is hard to find in low priced cameras.
I personally own one such camera, the Canon Elph 110 HS, which has a 5x optical zoom, and I hardly ever need to use the flash. The newer versions of this camera are the Canon Elph 320 HS (8x zoom) and the Elph 330 HS (12x zoom). Another relatively inexpensive high sensitivity camera with a 5x optical zoom is the Sony WX50.
