Many point and shoot cameras have wifi now. What can this wifi do?

    a. transfer/share files?
    b. remote control for the camera?
    c. power an off camera flash?
    d. allow use of an off camera microphone?

    Anything else?

    Do some cameras have bluetooth?

The main use of wifi is to transfer and share files. The other functions you mention are generally done by a remote controller using infra-red technology.

A few android-powered cameras exist which have bluetooth capability.
