Very much important and it's most crucial.Looking for the Camera which is good enough to take snaps in low light or in dark .Because one of my friend bought camera in the range of 13k but low light sanps & snaps taken in the dark is not well not enough.So much noise we can see.Want which is well enough to take in low light

Here some very good, small cameras within your price range. All do pretty well in low light due to their BSI-CMOS sensors. Most have long zoom lenses and take good HD movies. Here they are in order of quality (in my opinion): Canon SX260HS (20x zoom), Sony HX10v (16.7x zoom), Panasonic TZ25 (16x zoom), Olympus SH-25MR (12.5x zoom), Sony WX200 or WX150 (10x zoom), Nikon S6400 (12x zoom).
